Please note that payment is NOT required to submit an abstract. You are only required to pay the fee if your abstract is accepted. Travel and accommodation are not included. Participant fees will go towards hosting the event, materials, and food. Please review presenter details here before submission.

We will be reviewing abstracts on a rolling-basis. Earlier submissions will be prioritized, although we will try to accommodate a range of poster topics and fields. Projects should be basic-science, translational science, biomedical, public health or clinical projects. Laboratory or clinical research are both invited.
Once reviewed, you will receive an email regarding your acceptance or rejection and details of payment on Brown University’s official marketplace portal.
